Halloween Carnival at LFAS

On October 30th Langley Fine Arts School got into the Halloween spirit by holding the annual Halloween Carnival. Organized  by the Grade 12s, it was a night full of tricks and treats, including a fortune teller, a silent auction and many fun games that elementary students and their families enjoyed.

A pumpkin carving contest between a few younger classes was showcased, along with other crafts put on display for everyone’s viewing pleasure. To add to the carnival, the grade 12 drama majors performed the Elf Dance,”A Timeclock Life” from their play “Harry Potter and the Obnoxious Voice.”

The Halloween Carnival was very successful, raising $1457, the most ever made for this event. All the proceeds raised go towards Grade 12 dry grad.
