International Week at Fine Arts

LFAS International students volunteered to share a taste of the different cultures of Asia with grades 1-6 elementary students.

International week ran from February 14th to 18th; the secondary international students took the time to introduce their home countries to the kids. This involved creative activities such as making paper lanterns and miniature kites and giving small explanations of their culture’s food, clothing, and traditions.

The children participated in guessing games and listened to the different countries’ national anthems.

It was a fun, interactive experience for the elementary students during International Week.
