Text and Multi-Media Submissions to the Editor:

To submit letters, essays (persuasive, narrative or reflective), editorials or creative writing to Blue Dog Press, please include the text in your email (no attachments please) and send to bluedogpresseditors@gmail.com   Email Us

Letters: Letters must contain the author’s name, address and a daytime telephone number. Anonymous letters will be ignored. Maximum length is 200 words. Label: “Letter to the Editor.” Blue Dog Press reserves the right to edit, condense or reject any contribution. We will contact Writers whose letters are being considered for publication.

Essays: Essays must contain the author’s name, address and a daytime telephone number. Anonymous essays will not be printed. Maximum length is 750 words. Blue Dog Press reserves the right to edit, condense or reject any contribution. We will contact Writers whose submissions are accepted for publication.

Creative Writing: Creative writing must contain the author’s name, address and a daytime telephone number. Anonymous writing will not be printed. Maximum length is 1500 words. Writers whose submissions are accepted for publication will be contacted.

Multi-Media: If you have a video, podcast, or music file that you would like us to consider for publication on Blue Dog Press, please drop by Room 92 at the Langley Fine Arts School.

Sound Off!  Are you angry about a specific issue? Do you have a strong opinion you’d like to share? Sound Off! offers you 60 seconds to vent about your issue. Contact Alex Ivanovic or Jenna Andres at: bluedogpress@gmail.com or drop by Room 92 to set up a recording session.

Anecdote: Do you have a little story to share? You can send it to us in written form or drop by room 92 to book a recording session.  It doesn’t have to be dramatic. Consider sharing one of these topics with our community:
